Weekly Backups

If you have a high–traffic website or a data–loaded web app, it’s obligatory to maintain a complete backup of everything. Yet, configuring an auto backup solution can be hard. This is why we offer you our Managed Services package – we take full responsibility to keep a complete backup of your VPS plan, not just of your web sites and data, but also all the custom configuration settings that you have created. Our backup scripts are run every week, saving all the customizations that you have made during that time.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you need to install & configure specific software on it. And if this seems like something way too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, an integral part of our Managed Services package, is the ideal solution for you. With it, you will have the full and uninterrupted attention of one of our seasoned sysadmins who will install any software program or take care of any issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services deal is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans. With the KVM VPS Plans, it is an optional feature.
